Step 1: Discovery

The first step is for us to carry out an audit of your current IT systems.  We will then sit down with you and discuss any current frustrations or pain points, along with your business goals.  We can then make some initial recommendations and make a plan for dealing with existing issues.

Step 2: Proposal

Once we know what you currently have, and what you need, we will put together a proposal for ongoing IT support and agree any project work that might be needed.

Step 3: Onboarding

If you are happy with our proposal, we will start our comprehensive onboarding process.  This involves getting you set up in our systems, gathering any additional information from your existing provider, and provide you with all the information your team needs to start working with us.
